Jericho, VT

Jericho is a beautiful, small town with breathtaking views of Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest mountain. Brown’s River flows through the town and provides an excellent spot for outdoor activity. Jericho is famous throughout the world as being the home of Wilson
“Snowflake” Bentley who photographed over five thousand snowflakes and said that each flake is unique. His work is presented in the Old Red Mill and Museum in Jericho Center by the Jericho Historical Society.

Recreation
Open meadows and forested hillsides can be found at The Mills Riverside Park, with more than six miles of trails you will enjoy recreational opportunities year round. There are athletic fields for sporting events every season. There is also a large pond for fishing and several acres for dog owners to let their dogs run off their leashes. The parks and recreation program in Jericho provides activities throughout the year for families to stay active. It has especially great camps for children in the summertime.

West Bolton Golf Club is nestled in the Green Mountains and offers 18 holes of affordable golfing with breathtaking views.
Camping in Jericho is always a thrill because it is home to precious wildlife
that can be adored any time of the year. Jericho Center has a large green where you can often find activities occurring throughout the four seasons. The town library is also located here where you can enjoy your favorite book. Jericho is a great location for downhill skiing with Bolton Valley Resort a thirty minute drive south and Smugglers’ Notch Resort just a quick thirty minute scenic drive north.
