Essex, which includes Essex Junction, is located east of Vermont’s largest city, Burlington,between the majestic Green Mountains and Lake Champlain. Essex is a modern suburbancommunity, but still has a down-to-earth and friendly Vermont character. Essex has two18-hole golf courses, numerous tennis courts, a six lane outdoor pool, and 27 parks.
